El Burro Picante was established in March of 2013. The "spicy donkey" or "el burro picante" imbues the imagery of Sancho Panza riding his donkey in the famous novel Don Quixote. The spicy comes from the burst of Cali personality in our Mexican food! At El Burro Picante, our salsas are made daily with locally sourced produce. We take pride in serving fresh and premium quality ingredients. We are vegan-friendly with falafel and fajita style veggie options.
